Shipping & Returns
Our shipping policy includes local shipping (within Malaysia) and international shipping. At the moment we are doing our best to provide shipping worldwide, wherever you are we will do our best to get your order to you. Our shipping providers includes Ninja Van for local orders and FedEx for international orders. For any multiple items order, we will ship them in one order to minimise carbon footprint. For Pre-Order items, we will ship them one as soon as possible as the items are made available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy extends to our books. Any returns has to be made within 14 days of delivery date and all packing must be intact and no damage should be made to return items. We will reimburse your payment once we've received the returned items. Shipping charges for return items will not be born by us and it's at the responsibility of the sender.

We provide exchange service for our books, if they are damaged when received. Any exchanges has to be made within 14 days of delivery date and all packing must be intact to exchange items. We will send you a new copy, once we've received the damaged copy. Shipping charges for exchange items will be born by us.
